How do I report my Retro or Link card lost, stolen or damaged?

Before reporting your card as lost or stolen, your card must already be Active. If it is active, you can cancel your card by following these steps in the Retro banking app: 

1. Tap on Cards from the bottom of the dashboard 

2. Click on Report lost or stolen from the options.

3. A warning screen will come up, if you want to continue click on either Lost or Stolen

4. You will get a confirmation that the card has been successfully cancelled.

5. When you now click on Cards from the Dashboard you will see that the card is cancelled and to contact Client Services to organise a new card.  

Please check your transactions to ensure that they are all ones you have authorised, if there is anything you are unsure of or you wish to dispute please contact Client Services on 1800 629 948.

Your card will be cancelled immediately, and a new card will be issued.

We will then send you a “Card Maintenance Form” and “Lost-Stolen VISA Report” which you will need to complete and send back to us via post to GPO Box 2730, Cloisters Square WA 6850
