How do I check my loan balance/monthly payment? 

It’s easy to check your loan balance and payment amounts by logging into Internet Banking and selecting your AFG Home Loan product. You can access Internet Banking in the top right corner of your web browser when you go to afghomeloans.com.au  

How do I change my personal details 

You can change your details by selecting your AFG Home Loan product and logging into Internet Banking. Alternatively, you can call the support team of your AFG Home Loan for assistance. Visit the Contact Us page and select the AFG Home Loan product you currently have.  

Can I get an interim statement? 

To request a statement, visit the Contact Us page and select the AFG Home Loan product you currently have and call us on the relevant phone number for your AFG Home Loan.  

What do I do if I have a transaction enquiry? 

If you have a transaction enquiry, please visit the Contact Us page and select the AFG Home Loan you currently have, and call our support team who can assist you.  

Will you ever call me directly?
