How to find your customer number

If you’ve recently upgraded to a new phone or are looking to log in to your Retro or Link Internet Banking via our website, you’ll need your customer number to access your account.  

Your customer number is a unique identifier that keeps your banking secure and makes it easy to manage your finances online. If you’re unsure where to find it, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through it below. 

  1. Log into the app as you normally do (Face-ID, PIN…) 
  2. Click on the Burger Menu from the Dashboard (top left hand side) 
  3. Tap on App Settings
  4. Tap on App details 
  5. Your customer number is the number next to the word RIM.
